⊙ With the SEVIS I-20 form issued by JADC, nonimmigrant students can enter United States within 30 days prior to the start date of their class. Since it takes a few weeks to process I-20, I-901 payment for SEVIS fee, and the interview with American consular officer for a student visa, we recommend international students to register at least two months before the beginning of each quarter to give them enough time.
